Vanderbilt University Project Coordinator - Public Health Command Center (Vanderbilt Temporary Services) in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Description

Full time, temporary project coordinator for Vanderbilt University operations related to COVID-19 management and response. Candidate should have project management skills, preferably combined with incident command training, and be at a project coordinator or project manager level. Preferred candidate will have Vanderbilt experience as well as deep administrative, data, organization and communication skills related to small teams; capable of handling significant amounts of confidential information in a fast-paced, emergency response setting; tracking, trending, analyzing and reporting data; and be extremely detail oriented. This position is remote and night and weekend work is required every week. Start work as soon as possible.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred

  • Previous experience as a project manager/coordinator is necessary
