Job Description

Administrative positions require computer skills with strong knowledge of and prior experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Position requires calendaring, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, reimbursement requests, transcription, campus errands, mail distribution, as well as general administrative functions, as needed.

Working as a temporary employee allows a person to showcase talents, education, and skills while exploring the job market to potentially find regular employment. Duties and Responsibilities

Duties range from entry-level front desk coverage, basic office support, and data entry to executive-level support. Your background and experience will be evaluated against current needs and if your background matches, you will be contacted for an interview.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistant positions require an Associate's degree with two years in a similar professional role or five years of previous professional experience.
