Duties and responsibilities

  • Student Athlete Scholarships

  • Work with compliance to reconcile scholarships monthly

  • Work with compliance prepare scholarship quarterly projections

  • Assist with preparation of annual scholarship budget

  • Work with DAR on scholarship questions

  • Manage all aspects of Comdata student debit cards

  • Remain knowledgeable about NCAA rules regarding financial aid

  • Financial Unit Manager for Administration (Financial Unit 40000);serve as primary contact for assigned financial unit.

  • Review all cash management external transactions worksheets forbusiness office revenues.

  • Prepare all Accounts Receivable external transaction worksheets.

  • Prepare monthly sale tax return

  • Monthly reconciliations

  • Student Opportunity Fund to SEC requirements

  • Facility Rental

  • Bank Accounts

  • Travel Advances

  • Ticket Revenue

  • Game Expense

  • Review and approve monthly reconciliations prepared by theAccounting analyst.

  • Prepare monthly forecast for annual revenues and expenses.

  • Assist with preparation and input of annual budgets across allAthletic Financial Units.

  • Serve as backup cashier in absence of accounting analyst/ABOCashier

  • Hiring and oversight of ABO student employees.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to everyone that interactswith business office.

  • Other duties as assigned

Profile of an Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

  • Two to three years of previous experience is required.
